We kindly ask that you respect our
scheduling policies
You are booking OUR TIME - our time HAS VALUE

We require a valid Credit Card on File
to book & hold appointments

By booking a service with us you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our policies
and that we have your permission to
charge your Card on File for any policy fee's
you may incur


- - FULL 24 HOUR NOTICE - -
If you are unable to keep your appointment
or
If you change your mind about one or more of
the services you booked
Kindly give us a FULL 24 HOUR NOTICE so that
we may adjust our books/time accordingly
(24 hours BEFORE your appointment DAY and TIME)

Canceling, Rescheduling or Changing
your appointment or your scheduled services
IN ANY WAY
with less than a 24 hour notice
will result in a charge equaling 50% of the scheduled service/services & your card on file will be charged


- SAME DAY CANCELATIONS -
Canceling or rescheduling your appointment
or
Canceling one or more of the services you scheduled
on the same day of your appointment
Will result in a charge equaling 100% of the scheduled service/services & your
card on file will be charged


- NO SHOWS -
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment
your card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service/services


- ARRIVAL POLICY -
Please arrive to the building 10 minutes prior to
your appointment time
- this will allow time for parking, restroom visits, undressing, etc.
- we have clients scheduled after you so we need to BEGIN your service ON TIME
- you need to be in the room and on the treatment table AT your scheduled time

If you walk into the studio 5 minutes or more past your scheduled time there WILL NOT be enough time to complete your service
Your appointment will be considered a
Same Day Cancellation
and your card on file will be charged 100% for the scheduled service/services
You may reschedule the appointment (or missed service) for a later date if you wish


PLEASE NOTE
If you refuse to pay your policy fees
or your card on file declines charges,
you will not be able to schedule with us again
until the charges are paid in full
